SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- An Indiana federal court has granted a motion for summary judgment in a benzene case, finding that the expert reports on which the claims were premised was "perfunctory, lacking in substance and notably unprofessional in form and organization." Aurand v. Norfolk Southern Railway Co., No. 08-398; Gilliland v. Norfolk Southern Railway Co., No. 08-480; Lipp v. Norfolk Southern Railway Co., No. 08-485 (N.D. Ind.).
