Preliminary Conference Held in Recently Filed Benzene Lawsuit

NEW ORLEANS -- Parties in a recently filed benzene lawsuit recently took part in a preliminary conference, according to court documents, in which they established upcoming deadlines for in limine motions. Morin, et al. v. Chevron USA Inc., et al., No. 11-00045 (E.D. La.).

According to the April 7 notice filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, all non-evidentiary pretrial motions and challenges to expert testimony should be filed by January 18, 2012.
