WILMINGTON, N.C. -- A plaintiff who says she developed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after being exposed to benzene in water at her husband's military base has filed a motion with the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to coordinate pretrial proceedings for all similar cases.
