Calif. Court Awards Summary Judgment in Brain Cancer Petroleum Solvent Case

LOS ANGELES -- A California court has awarded summary judgment to three defendants in a brain cancer case, finding that an expert testifying on behalf of the plaintiffs did not provide a sufficient basis for his challenge to a 1989 IARC study.
