LOS ANGELES -- A California trial court recently excluded the testimony of Dennis Weisenburger, M.D., and Peter Infante, Ph.D., finding that their testimony was "neither supported by foundational facts nor based on studies sufficiently similar to the facts of [the] case," sources told HarrisMartin. Murray v. Chevron Corp., et al., No. YC056221 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
The California Superior Court for Los Angeles County stated that while it did not dispute the qualifications of the experts, their testimony was not based on quantifiable exposure or dose.
