BEAUMONT, Texas -- According to a Nov. 9 order, the parties remaining in a benzene exposure case have reached a settlement agreement and have been directed to file closing papers by Dec. 10. McClurg, et al. v. Ingram Barge Co., et al., No. 09-504 (E.D. Texas).
