NEWNAN, Ga. -- The parties in a benzene case involving a former millwright have filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice in Georgia federal court, according to recent docket entries. Hoover, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 09-129 (N.D. Ga.).

On Nov. 19, the parties stated in the filing with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia that "all claims in this matter have been resolved and are dismissed with prejudice."

The pending claims were originally filed in Texas federal court but were voluntarily dismissed in that jurisdiction and re-filed in Georgia, according to …
