NEW ORLEANS -- Exxon Mobil has failed to comply with requests for discovery and because the defendant has not objected to the production of documents with requisite specificity, the objections fail, according to a recent motion to compel filed by plaintiffs in a benzene case. Wagoner, et al. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 09-07257 (E.D. La.).
According to a Nov. 15 order entered by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, a hearing on the plaintiffs' motion is currently scheduled for Dec. 15.
