Plaintiffs File Amended Complaint Resurrecting Claims Against Dismissed Defendants

DECATUR, Ill. -- Plaintiffs in an Illinois benzene case who succeeded in their efforts to reverse a trial court ruling barring claims against a former employer have filed a sixth amended complaint in the action. Blankenship, et al. v. Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc., et al., No. 2006-L-111 (Ill. 6th Jud. Cir. Ct., Macon Cty.).

The amended complaint, filed Oct. 15 in the Illinois 6th Judicial Circuit Court for Macon County, reasserts the claims against defendants they had previously dismissed.
