BOSTON -- An oral argument setting in the appeal of a benzene case dismissal has been continued at the request of defense counsel, according to recent court documents. Milward v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., et al., No. 09-2270 (1st Cir.).
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit signed an order on Sept. 28 that moved the oral argument back more than two months, to Dec. 7.
