Calif. Plaintiffs Attack Defense Experts in Case Scheduled for Nov. Trial

LOS ANGELES -- Plaintiffs in a benzene case scheduled for trial in November have filed in limine motions that seek the preclusion of testimony from eight defense expert witnesses on a variety of grounds. Sundquist, et al. v. BP West Coast Products LLC, et al., No. BC362023 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

In a series of Aug. 30 motions filed in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, the plaintiffs contest defense expert testimony on a number of grounds that range from improper air monitoring samples to lack of qualifications.
