LINCOLN, Neb. -- A number of benzene plaintiffs involved in three separate complaints have filed motions to dismiss a total of four defendants with prejudice, according to recently-filed court documents. Hauptmeier, et al. v. Barton Solvents, et al., No. 08-00187; Peet v. Barton Solvents, et al., No. 09-03021; Vondra, et al. v. Barton Solvents Inc., et al., No. 07-85 (D. Neb.).
