NEW ORLEANS -- Plaintiffs involved in a gasoline benzene case have filed motions to exclude testimony in anticipation of a November trial setting, sources told HarrisMartin. Sanderson, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 09-07336 (E.D. La.).
Among the motions filed earlier this month in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, were motions to exclude the testimony of mechanic expert Glenn Cupit; oncologist Michael Thirman; certified industrial hygienist John Spencer; toxicologist David Pyatt; and epidemiologist Kenneth Mundt.
