October Trial Set for Benzene Case Involving 3 Plaintiffs

NEW ORLEANS -- An Oct. 25 trial date has been scheduled in a case involving three plaintiffs who all allege benzene exposure at the same plant. Cole, et al. v. Ashland Chemical Inc., et al., No. 09-6584 (E.D. La.).

Sources told HarrisMartin that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana recently set the trial, which will involve the claims of Carroll Weeks, Beverly Neeley and Robert Cole, who contend that a variety of ailments were caused by the exposure.
