Trial Setting in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Case Pushed to September

LOS ANGELES -- The trial setting in an acute myeloid leukemia benzene case has been pushed back to September, sources told HarrisMartin. Head, et al. v. Chevron Corp., et al., No. BC358265 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
There are approximately 50 pretrial motions pending in the case, which is filed in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County.
Among the parties remaining in the case is Shell Oil Co.
