OMAHA, Neb. -- Parties in a Nebraska benzene case that linked benzene-containing products to the development of acute myelogenous leukemia have reached a complete settlement, according to recent court filings. Vondra, et al. v. Barton Solvents Inc., et al., No. 07-85 (D. Neb.).
On June 9, Judge Thomas D. Thalken of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska filed an order noting the joint stipulation for dismissal.
