Pretrial Motions Pending in Benzene Case Scheduled for July Trial

LOS ANGELES -- Parties remaining in an acute myeloid leukemia benzene case are preparing for a trial that is expected to begin July 6 in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, sources told HarrisMartin. Head, et al. v. Chevron Corp., et al., No. BC358265 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
The California trial court is expected to rule the week prior to trial on approximately 50 pending pretrial motions, sources added.
Among the parties remaining in the case is Shell Oil Co.
