Georgia Federal Court Outlines Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan

NEWNAN, Ga. -- A federal court in which a benzene complaint is pending has outlined a discovery plan for the case, noting that the case is projected for the court's October/November 2011 trial calendar. Hoover, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 09-129 (N.D. Ga.).

In the April 9 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia mandated that discovery be complete by January 28, 2011, and said that "no further extensions will be granted."
