Texas Benzene Complaint Dismissed, Re-filed in Georgia Federal Court

NEWNAN, Ga. -- A benzene complaint that was only just recently filed in Texas federal court was dismissed and then re-filed in Georgia federal court, according to court documents. Hoover, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. 09-129 (N.D. Ga.).

According to a final dismissal order entered Dec. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the case was dismissed for re-filing in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
