HOUSTON -- In a recently filed benzene lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, a Georgia couple claims that the exposure to Liquid Wrench has caused the development of acute myelogenous leukemia. Hoover, et al. v. Radiator Specialty Co., et al., No. n/a (S.D. Texas).

The complaint was filed by John A. Hoover Sr. and Henrietta Hoover against Radiator Specialty Co. and U.S. Steel Corp., for injuries John Hoover allegedly sustained after working with the defendants' benzene-containing products.
