Family of Former Painter Files Amended Complaint in Texas

BEAUMONT, Texas -- A first amended complaint has been filed in Texas federal court in which the plaintiff asserts claims on behalf of her deceased husband and his son for his her husband's acute myelogenous leukemia and subsequent death, which she claims was caused by benzene exposure.
