Defendants Urge Court to Reconsider Sophisticated User Decision

OMAHA, Neb. -- Defendants in a Nebraska benzene case have asked a federal court to reconsider its decision that the sophisticated user defense was not applicable, arguing that a federal court of appeals has since issued a ruling inconsistent with that decision.
