OMAHA, Neb. -- Defendants in a Nebraska benzene case have asked a federal court to reconsider its decision that the sophisticated user defense was not applicable, arguing that a federal court of appeals has since issued a ruling inconsistent with that decision. Vondra, et al. v. Barton Solvents Inc., et al., No. 07-85 (D. Neb.).
