HOUSTON -- A number of administrative orders were recently filed in a benzene case involving the claims of a former offshore seaman worker, including the dismissal without prejudice of defendant Radiator Specialty Co. Davis, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 09-384 (S.D. Texas).

According to a docket control order signed on May 18 by Judge Nancy F. Atlas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, new parties can be designated in the action up until July 30; expert witnesses are to be designated by Oct. 30 and Dec. 10 for the plaintiffs and …
