BATON ROUGE, La. -- A Louisiana federal magistrate judge has signed an order dismissing a benzene case as to all remaining defendants without prejudice. Leger, et al. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al. No. 06-502 (M.D. La.).
The order was entered on May 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, just one day after the plaintiffs had filed a motion to dismiss without prejudice claims as asserted against the remaining defendants in the acute myelogenous leukemia case.
