Court Oversees Daubert Hearings as Questions of General Causation Arise

BOSTON -- A Massachusetts federal court recently presided over admissibility hearings in a benzene case, addressing challenges to plaintiff experts who opined that there is scientifically valid evidence linking APL to benzene exposure.
