NEW ORLEANS -- Plaintiffs in a benzene action have asked the federal court overseeing their claims to award them partial summary judgment on general causation, arguing that two of the defendants have admitted that benzene can cause blood diseases. Bishop, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 07-2832 (E.D. La.).
