Answers Filed, Pretrial Scheduling Conferences Set in Recently-Filed Case

HOUSTON -- Defendants in a benzene action have begun filing answers in a recently-filed complaint, while a pretrial and scheduling conference has been set by the judge overseeing the proceedings, according to recent court documents. Davis, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 09-384 (S.D. Texas).

On April 14, U.S. District for the Southern District Court of Texas Judge Nancy F. Atlas signed an order in which she granted a plaintiff motion to reset the initial pretrial and scheduling conference.

The pretrial and scheduling conference is now scheduled for Mary 18, per the order.
