Court Stays Deadline for Motions Pending Vondra Decision

OMAHA, Neb. -- A Nebraska federal court has stayed the deadline for filing summary judgments relating to the bulk supplier and sophisticated user doctrines in a benzene case in light of the same motions pending in a similar case in the same court.
