Parties File Nearly 100 In Limine Motions In Preparation for Trial

LOS ANGELES -- Parties involved in two benzene cases pending in California have filed nearly 100 in limine motions in which the parties ask to preclude specific expert testimony and information about the plaintiffs' personal history. Thorpe, et al. v. Safety-Kleen, No. BC348287 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
Sources told HarrisMartin that the Los Angeles County Superior Court is scheduled to hear arguments on the motions starting on April 13 and ending on April 16. Trial is expected to be start shortly thereafter, sources said.
