LINCOLN, Neb. -- Benzene plaintiffs in a Nebraska federal case are opposing a motion for summary judgment, arguing that the motion fails because it is asserted on the ground that the claims are barred by the sophisticated user doctrine, which has never been recognized by the Nebraska appellate court system.
