LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Parties in a Kentucky benzene case continue to dispute whether a defendant's products were present at the work site during the plaintiff's employment, with the plaintiffs arguing recently that just because the defendant stopped supply the chemicals doesn't mean they weren't present. Watkins, et al. v. Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., et al., No. 08-224 (E.D. Ky.).
