Calif. AML Cases Filed Against Safety-Kleen Set for April Trial

LOS ANGELES -- Two cases pending in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County are scheduled to begin trial in April, sources informed HarrisMartin. Machado v. Safety-Kleen Systems Inc., et al., No. BC367401; Pearl, et al. v. Safety-Kleen, No. BC358327 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

According to the Los Angeles Court's online docket, trial is slated for April 1. Sources told HarrisMartin that the two cases expected to proceed to trial are Pearl, et al. v. Safety-Kleen (No. BC358327) and Machado, et al. v. Safety-Kleen (No. BC367401).
