PITTSBURGH -- A benzene defendant named in a Pennsylvania federal complaint has asked the court to dismiss the claims asserted against it, arguing that the plaintiff has failed to properly identify the injury-causing product that the defendant manufactured. Motko, et al. v. ZEP Manufacturing Co., et al., No. 07-00896 (W.D. Pa.).
