Defendant Seeks Dismissal, Says Plaintiff Fails to Properly Identify Products

PITTSBURGH -- A benzene defendant named in a Pennsylvania federal complaint has asked the court to dismiss the claims asserted against it, arguing that the plaintiff has failed to properly identify the injury-causing product that the defendant manufactured.
