NEW YORK -- A New York appellate court is addressing whether a plaintiff who was awarded $25 million in a brake exposure case sufficiently established the dosage of asbestos he was allegedly exposed to, sources told HarrisMartin. D'Ulisse, et al. v. Amchem Products Inc., et al., No. 113838/04 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 1st Dept.).

The First Department of the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court was scheduled to hear oral arguments on Dec. 2.
