Texas MDL Panel Reappoints Judge Davidson as Pretrial Asbestos Judge

AUSTIN, Texas -- The Texas Multidistrict Litigation Panel has reappointed Judge Mark Davidson as the pretrial judge for the state's asbestos litigation. Union Carbide v. Adams, et al., No. 03-0895 (Jud. Panel on Multidistrict Litigation)

The one-page Dec. 3 order notes that there was no opposition to the Asbestos MDL liaison committee's request to have Judge Davidson re-appointed to the docket as a retired judge.
