SEATTLE -- A Washington appellate court has reversed an award of summary judgment to asbestos defendant Elliott Co., opining that the plaintiff had in fact produced enough evidence to support the claims. Kimball v. Asbestos Corp. LTD, et al., No. 60851-7-I (Wash. Ct. App.).

In the Nov. 10 opinion, the Washington Court of Appeals said there was sufficient evidence backing the plaintiff's allegations that he and his mother were exposed to asbestos through his father's work clothing.
