PHILADELPHIA -- A Pennsylvania trial court judge has issued a ruling excluding plaintiff testimony addressing friction product exposure, saying that the experts relied on the "each and every exposure" doctrine but did not demonstrate methodology for arriving at the conclusion. In re: Asbestos Litigation, October Term 1986, No. 0001 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
