I am a pulmonary physician with experience in diagnosing asbestosis and other asbestos-related lung diseases. While the majority of my involvement in litigation has been in defense of companies sued by workers, I have also been on the side of patients making asbestos-related claims.
This Primer has been authored without help from any attorneys or attorney advocates, and the views expressed are my own.
