N.Y. Jury Enters $16.25 Million Verdict Against Dental Supply Company




NEW YORK -- A New York jury has entered a $16.25 million verdict against a dental supply company that was apportioned 20 percent liability, according to a press release distributed by the plaintiffs' counsel. Penn v. Kerr Corp., No. 105367/07 (N.Y. Sup. Ct, New York Cty.).

The June 27 verdict was reached by the New York Supreme Court for Manhattan jury after a three week trial, presided over by Judge Marilyn G. Diamond.
