CLEVELAND -- An Ohio appellate court has affirmed the dismissal of an employer intentional tort claim in an asbestos case, finding that the plaintiffs failed to establish that the decedent's former employer required its employees to act in a manner that would result in injury. Louden, et al., v. A.W. Chesterton Co., et al., No. 90183 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist., Cuyahoga Cty.).
