Calif. Court Reverses Summary Judgment for Union Carbide

SAN FRANCISCO -- A California appellate court has reversed an award of summary judgment entered in favor of Union Carbide, opining that the plaintiffs had in fact raised a triable question as to whether its Calidria product was a substantial factor in causing the plaintiff's injuries.
