WILMINGTON, Del. -- A Delaware Committee investigating the influx of out-of-state filings in the state has released its report and recommendations, concluding that it was "satisfied that the Delaware asbestos litigation is fairly conducted for both defendants and plaintiffs and is effectively resolving claims."
In the 39-page document, the committee stressed that the message sent to the Committee in the course of their research was that both defendants and plaintiffs "are overwhelmingly satisfied with the way asbestos litigation is being handled in Delaware."
