SEATTLE -- A Washington appellate court has affirmed the dismissal of claims against Saberhagen Holdings Inc., concluding that a trial court did not err when it found a plaintiff expert's claims to constitute inadmissible hearsay. Callahan, et al. v. Saberhagen Holdings Inc., et al., No. 59377-3-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).

In the June 2 opinion, the First Division of the Washington Court of Appeals said that none of the evidence relied on by the plaintiffs' experts was wrongfully excluded.
