MOUNT VERNON, Ill. - A plaintiff who brought a mesothelioma claim against several defendants in an Illinois county that had no ties to his alleged asbestos exposure and injury has been instructed to transfer the case to a more appropriate forum. Burns v. AP Green Industries, Inc., et al., No. 5-00-0548 (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).
