COLUMBUS, Ohio -- An Ohio plaintiff involved in a debate over whether supplier defendants can be held strictly liable for products it distributed before 1977 has filed a brief supporting the recognition of her claims, saying that the curtailment of the state's strict liability theory would serve as a disadvantage to the plaintiffs but would not affect the volume of the state's litigation. Dicenzo, et al. v. A-Best Products Co., Inc., et al., No. 07-1628 (Ohio Sup. Ct.).
