HONOLULU — A U.S. District Court Judge in Hawaii has granted a plaintiffs’ motion for interlocutory appeal, paving the way for the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to consider whether a former Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard worker should be permitted to pursue his asbestos claims in state court. Thompson v. Crane Co., et al., No. 11-638 (D. Hawaii).
