Judge Issues 'Watershed' Asbestos Premises Liability Ruling

BALTIMORE - A Maryland power company has been granted summary judgement in an asbestos premises liability case by a judge who found that the company had no control over conditions the plaintiff said caused him to develop mesothelioma.
