WILMINGTON, Del. -- Borg-Warner Corp., Honeywell International and Chrysler LLC have all sought permission to file an amici brief in Delaware's highest court to support the notion that there is no admissible evidence linking friction products with mesothelioma development. General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Co. v. Grenier, No. 453, 2007 & 578, 2007 (consolidated) (Del. Sup. Ct.).

On March 10, the three defendants moved for leave to file a brief in the Delaware Supreme Court that would support the position of appellants General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Corp.
