PHILADELPHIA -- Judge Allan L. Tereshko of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County recently presided over an admissibility hearing to address challenges by friction product defendants on opinions proffered by plaintiff experts, sources told HarrisMartin. In re: Asbestos Litigation, October Term 1986, No. 0001 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
