TOLEDO, Ohio -- An Ohio jury has reached a verdict in a mesothelioma trial, finding that a former marine and mechanic was not exposed to asbestos from products manufactured by remaining defendants John Crane, Garlock Sealing Technologies, Anchor Packing and A.W. Chesterton. Bartel, et al. v. A-C Product Liability Trust, et al., No. 1:98 cv 14094 (N.D. Ohio).

On Feb. 7, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio jury further found that none of the defendants were negligent based on a breached duty of care to the decedent.
